The Vomau Cast Iron Chain Mail Scrubber Set is made for the job, helping you clean heavy cookware more easily as part of regular care. It gives you a firm, comfortable grip and a cleaning surface that keeps its shape wash after wash. It is a useful companion for anyone who cooks regularly with cast iron at home or at the campsite.
The set includes a chain mail scrubber with a flexible silicone handle and hanging loop, plus an additional pan scraper for lifting stubborn residue from corners and ridges. The scrubber is made with 316L stainless steel rings and food grade silicone, combining a metal cleaning surface with a comfortable, mushroom-shaped grip. After use, it can be placed in the dishwasher, and the loop lets it hang to dry.
Use it on cast iron pans, skillets, grills, Dutch ovens, and woks. It is available in red or black, as a scrubber on its own, a full set with scraper and towel, or a pack of eight scrapers. Clean cookware while it is warm, not hot, using water and gentle pressure, then dry and re-oil cast iron as usual. Do not use chain mail on non-stick, enamel, or other coated surfaces, as it can scratch them. Take care around hot pans and steam.
