Bright streetlights, early sunrises, and afternoon sun can make naps and bedtime a struggle, especially in rentals, hotels, and rooms without proper window coverings. The Vomau Magnetic Blackout Window Shade creates a darker, calmer room environment by reducing outside light, supporting rest, naps, and focused downtime day or night. Because it installs without tools or adhesives, it is perfect for temporary spaces and travel.
The shade is designed with reinforced magnetic edges and suction cups that work together to help keep it securely in place on the window. It is made from triple weave polyester blackout fabric with a smooth matte finish that blocks external light while staying lightweight and foldable. It comes in black and measures 57 x 79 inches (145 x 200 cm), and the fabric can be trimmed to fit smaller windows.
Use it in kids rooms, nurseries, bedrooms, home offices, rentals, hotels, RVs, and travel accommodation. Clean the glass before fitting the suction cups, and press each one firmly for a secure hold. Keep suction cups and spare parts out of reach of young children, and do not let children hang on or pull the shade. Wipe the fabric with a damp cloth to clean, and fold it compactly for storage or travel.
