It frees up the grate for sides and vegetables and makes it easier to manage a full cook for family and friends.
The rack is shaped with slots that hold up to four rib sections upright while keeping them separated, which lets heat and smoke circulate around each piece. It is made from steel with a non-stick coated surface designed for barbecue cooking, and it measures 12 x 10 x 3 inches (31 x 25.5 x 8 cm). The open frame is simple to load and unload with tongs. Choose a silver or black finish.
