Flies and insects are quick to find uncovered plates, fruit bowls, and serving dishes, especially at picnics, barbecues, and summer meals in the garden. The Vomau Pop Up Mesh Food Cover Tent shields your food from insects while letting air circulate, so dishes stay protected and appetizing until everyone sits down to eat. It is a simple, reusable alternative to plastic wrap.
The foldable structure opens quickly into an umbrella shape that covers plates, bowls, and serving dishes with ease, then folds flat for storage. It is made from lightweight mesh fabric that allows air circulation while forming a protective barrier over food. Four sizes are available, from small to extra large, to cover anything from a single plate to a full serving platter. Use several covers together for a large spread.
Use it on kitchen counters, outdoor dining tables, picnic blankets, buffet tables, and at barbecues, parties, and camping trips. Place it over food on a flat surface and weigh down the edges in windy conditions. Wash the mesh gently with warm soapy water and let it dry fully before folding. It also helps keep pets away from food while you set the table. Keep it in the car or picnic bag so it is always ready.
